Saturday, August 16th
Kick off the evening with our lively Happy Hour starting at 4:30pm, running until 6:00pm—perfect for mingling, unwinding, and connecting with fellow supporters. At 6:00pm, we’ll transition into dinner and the main program, which will continue until 8:00pm. During this time, enjoy our exciting auctions, raffles, and prize giveaways—all wrapped up just before 8:00pm. After the program, guests are more than welcome to linger and enjoy the rest of the evening together.
The event will be held at Butcher Block, which will be reserved exclusively for our group. While the restaurant will be closed to the general public, regular diners who happen to come in won’t be turned away—they’ll simply be welcomed into the festive atmosphere!
Dinner
Dinner will once again be served in the back area, and all attendees will receive wristbands as proof of purchase.
This year’s menu features:
- Fresh salsa and chips to start
- Your choice of pulled pork, pulled chicken, or wings (with buns available)
- Sides include your pick of mac & cheese, baked beans, or coleslaw
- Plus, a complimentary soft drink or water is included with your meal
